  30.     Yup.  Your post made me remember some things....I went into MyComputer 
  31. (geez...) clikd C to check on the share name.  LO!  No share name.  I added one,
  32. and W95 told me "You can't view the user list at this time.  Try again later."

  34.     !!!!  What the.....I've gotten the brush off before, but THIS is 
  35. ridiculous!

  37.     Meanwhile, my NT machine is showing up fine. <drat!>  Just to add a red 
  38. herring, there's a drive in my W95 machine that NT can see but W95 cannot.  
  39. Since I never could get it recognized, I went ahead and NTFS formatted it.  NT 
  40. certainly seems to have it over W95 in that respect, on that machine, in that 
  41. phase of the moon.

  43.     Assigning the share name rings a bell:  I think I tried this when I 
  44. first installed W95 and got the same deal, gave up, and forgot until now.  (A 
  45. little more work, and soon I'll remember how Bill Gates abused me as a child.)
